Ingredients

1tbsp Olive oil or Cooking Oil

2 Onion (chopped about 3 cups)

2 Ribs of Celery (1/2 inch chopped)

1tbsp Leaf Celery (Minced)

2 Carrot (Peeled and 1/2 inch slice about 1 1/2 cups)

4 Cloves Garlic (Minced)

8 Cups Chicken Stock.

500g Chicken Boneless Breast (Shredded Chicken)

8oz Noodles

1tsp Sea Salt

1/4 Black Pepper Powder (option)

Directions

  • In a large (6 quart) soup pot. Heat the olive oil or cooking oil over medium heat. When the oil is glistening, add the onion, celery and carrots and lets cook. Stirring often, about 5 minutes until the onion are translucent.
  • And then, add the chicken stock. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook until the vegetables are nearly tender, about 10 minutes longer.
  • After that, add the chicken, noodle salt and if you want you can add black pepper. Bring to heavy simmer. Place a lid on the pot to keep the liquid from evaporating. Maintain a low boil until the noodles are tender and chicken is warmed through, about 10 minutes longer.

Done. Can served already.
