Prepare;
500g chicken Boneless ,cut into small pieces
1/2 tsp ajinamoto or cukup rasa
4 tbsp corn flour
1 litre cooking oil
Marinate the chicken with salt,add in corn flour and mix well and heat the cooking oil.Deep fry the chicken until golden.

Gravy;
50g butter
2 cloves garlic,chopped
2 strings curry leaves
5 chili.thinly sliced
200ml evaporated milk
200ml water
1/2 ajinamoto
1/2 salt 
1/2 sugar
2 tbsp corn flour mix with water
mix well and stir along with chicken and ready to served.
